What is Kaleidoscope Play & Learn?
Kaleidoscope Play & Learn (KPL) are free play-and-learn groups for children from birth to age 5, together with their parents or caregivers. We meet weekly to play, sing, read stories, and take part in activities that support early development in a fun and culturally relevant way.

As a mom, dad, or caregiver, you play the most important role in your child’s early learning. Everything you do—talking, singing, reading, playing—has a profound impact on their future.
In our KPL groups, we honor your knowledge, your culture, and your experience. We are here to support and accompany you on this beautiful journey of being a parent or caregiver.
Why is Play Important?
Play is the work of children! It’s the natural way girls and boys learn! Through play, they develop:
Language and communication
Thinking and problem-solving skills
Social and emotional abilities
Physical coordination and strength
When you play with your child, you are supporting their brain development and strengthening the bond between you.
