Community Resource Table $75

For nonprofit organizations, public agencies, healthcare programs, and community service providers.

Includes:

  • One table and two chairs

  • Space for up to two representatives

  • Organization name listed on the exhibitor webpage

  • Access to families during the event

Small Business or For-Profit Table $125

For family-centered businesses and professionals promoting relevant services or products.

Includes:

  • One table and two chairs

  • Space for up to two representatives

  • Business name listed on the exhibitor webpage

  • Opportunity to share approved materials or products

Retail Vendor Table $175

For approved vendors selling products during the event.

Includes:

  • One table and two chairs

  • Space for up to two representatives

  • Vendor name listed on the exhibitor webpage

  • Permission to sell approved products

Sponsored and invited tables

Complimentary tables may be provided to event sponsors, designated funding partners, invited public agencies, or organizations contributing significant in-kind resources. A complimentary table does not automatically include additional sponsorship benefits unless those benefits are part of a confirmed sponsorship agreement.
5% Cover the Fee

Submission of an application does not guarantee a table. Applications will be reviewed to ensure a balanced and relevant mix of resources, services, and vendors.

Every table includes

  • One table

  • Two chairs

  • Organization or business listing on the event webpage

  • Professional event photography

  • Access to participating families during event hours

  • Setup instructions and assigned table location

Event photography

Our professional photographer will capture the event throughout the day, including exhibitor booths, resource-table interactions, and candid moments with families whenever possible. While many exhibitors will naturally appear in event photos, individual or dedicated photography sessions cannot be guaranteed.

Healthy Beginnings Sponsors receive a dedicated professional photo session featuring their organization, staff, exhibitor table, and community engagement, along with marketing usage rights for their website, social media, and promotional materials.

All exhibitors must provide resources, products, or services that are appropriate and relevant for pregnant families, postpartum families, or families with young children.
